On Monday 26/02/2024, Biskra University Rector, Pr. Mahmoud Debabeche, received Professors Ahmed Jassim Abbas and Ulugek Uldoshev, from Uzbekistan State Language
University for an international university cooperation and exchange relations.

A signing of a cooperation agreement and the exchange of symbolic gifts crowned the visit. In his welcoming statement, the Rector renowned the importance of this cooperation. Then, the university guests stated their happiness and stressed the relevance of this unique cooperation among the Arab countries.
