On 2 nd and 3 rd July 2025, Pr Mahmoud Debabeche, Biskra University Rector, participated
in the national seminar on the “Development and Implementation of the National
Qualifications Framework (NQF) organised by the Algeria Erasmus+ National Office, at
EPAU in Algiers.
This participation is the university’s support for the national pedagogical reform process at
developing the higher educational system, to improve the quality of training and enhance the
employability of graduates.

Biskra University, 2025-26 Master’s programme second year students, are informed they can
select their graduation projects topics via the pedagogical platform from 03 to 07 July 2025,
following the steps shown in the attached images.
