On November 28, 2023, the faculty of Commercial, Economic, and Management Sciences organized a national forum on “the application of international accounting standards in the public sector, IPSAS. The faculty Dean, Mr. Ismail Hijazi attended with the former judge of
Auditors’ Court Dr. Mohamed Messai, Mrs. Khalfaoui Elmouldi, the budget controller, Mrs. Hind Chaouch, assistant budget controller, Fatiha Boudiar, head administrator Biskra Wilaya, teachers, freshmen, sophomores, and doctoral students from 19 national university
institutions.
On November 28, 2023, the university Secretary-General run a large-scale training course on budget reform of the Organic Law 18/15, addressed to faculties’ general secretaries, vice- directors, and departments’ heads, supervised by the Budget Regional Directorate of Ouargla, represented by the assistant chequer, Mr. Hossam Brahia.
Mr Abdelhamid Djeffal, Biskra University Vice-rector in charge of Pedagogy, and Mr. Khaled Razegue, Vice-dean for Pedagogy at the Faculty of Exact, and Natural and Life Sciences, launched on November 26, 2023, the "Awareness Days about Start-up and Mini- enterprise under the banner of “How to Prepare a Patent with the Resolution 1275. Also attended Mrs. Nawal Brahimi, director of the Entrepreneurship House, Mohamed Jallab, director of the business incubator, and Kamal Awas, director of the Technology and Innovation Support Centre. Mr Khaled Razegue recalled the main axes included in the presentations of managers on entrepreneurship, start-ups, patents and sectors. Biskra University was chosen to host the launch of the awareness days of student sports decision. Therefore, the great lecture hall witnessed on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, the launch of this event, in the presence of the University Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Dababeche, the university staff, managers, as well as students and teachers. Guests attended, as the representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Azzedine Rabika, the Director of Youth and Sports of Biskra, Mr. Nabil Hadid, the representative of the People's Wilaya Assembly, as well as Mr. Riad Boukhbala, member of the Joint National Committee for the Promotion of University Sports.
