On Wednesday, 19 March 2025, Biskra University Rector participated in the 63rd
Anniversary of Victory Day ceremonies (19 March 1962), headed by the Wali, at the Martyrs'

Park in Biskra Municipality. In an atmosphere of patriotism for the martyrs’ sacrifices, the
state and security authorities, of the revolutionary family representatives, citizens and students
attended the event. Glory and immortality be to the honourable martyrs of our country.
