Under the slogan “A Remarkable Day for a Desired Era” Biskra University Rector participated, on 8 May 2025, in the ceremonies organised at Biskra Municipality Martyrs’ Cemetery. The Wilaya governor supervised the ceremony, attended by the security and civil authorities, the Wilaya Popular Council President, the Revolutionary community representatives and the Algerian Red Crescent, with a number of citizens and school pupils.
